MRCAT is an facility for the study of materials utilizing advanced x-ray techniques. It is possible to collaborate with me on projects for cost recovery of the time and expenses.
This rate is currently $35000.00 per day and must be pre-funded in time to meet the MRCAT deadline for the upcoming beamtime allocation. Acquision of the beamtime also requires 1 month of summer salary for the PI and $5000 in travel for sample preparation and presentation of results at seminars and conferences. The days may or may not be contiguous depending upon APS shutdown days.
