This image was a sum of ten 5 minute exposures with a Tak Epsilon-210 on an NJP mount.. The image was collected and processed in iCCD with an SXV-H9C. An SBIG STV was used to guiding the NJP mount. While I finally got the scope and mount working together, the camera got a giant dust-bunny on it. T-shirt flats where used to remove the dust donut. Unfortunately, being the first one that i ever did, I didn't grab enough flats. Because of this I added some noise to the image. Anyway, I am asymptotically approaching a successful image, I suppose. |
